i rang through before and ordered some products from a very helpfull lady on the other end of the phone... thanks again for your service, its nice to find there are people out there still willing to help someone who knows nothing about what he's doing, it is greatly appreciated. more than can be said for the company who sold me the last product who still havent replied to the last 3 of my emails asking for an explaination behind selling me a 16oz product and delivering a 2oz product
