Shipping Information

Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days of order being received, subject to availability of product at time of processing. Freight charges will be advised at time of ordering. Scaled charges apply depending on zone delivered in North Island and South Island.

Out of stock goods will not be automatically back-ordered. All items out of stock at time of order will be advised.

Goods will be despatched via most economical means - Courier Post, Mainfreight, or ChemCouriers. All goods dispatched will be 'signature required'. This enables us to trace the handling of our consignments.

Most consignments should be received within three days of date of dispatch. Seasonal difficulties with transport cannot be foreseen, best estimated delivery time always advised.
