» NZ Festival of Body Art: Taupo 12 - 21st February 2010 Published 02/8/2010
The New Zealand Body Art Festival was a spectacular extravaganza event showcasing the talent and creative excellence of our youth, graduates and professionals in this exciting and diverse art form.
The 2010 festival took place from Friday 12 February until Sunday 21 Feb.

» Sculpture On The Gulf Waiheke 2009 Published 01/28/2009

... Ghost Shadows is cast from the landscape itself, with four Cabbage Trees selected from the pathway of the exhibition. Molds were taken from the trees and the casts were reproduced in Forton (modified gypsum). Cast in white the four ghost trees mirror the natural scene and disappear into the flora alongside the walkway. Read more.
» Winners Photos for BodyArts Awards 2008 Published 07/5/2008 The 2008 Event held in Auckland on 14 June 2008 showcased many artists in several categories. Judges joining Richard Taylor will be Weta Workshop make-up supervisor Frances Richardson, actor Lawrence Makoare, contemporary Maori carver O’Dell Toi, Elizabeth Osborn owner of TopMark Products and Minifies Makeup founder David Minifie.

The BodyArt awards from 2007 has been expanded to encompass workshops, a festival and a fluorescent party from April - June '08 as well as the final competition held on 14 June '08.
