Product Description
These materials are two-part, water clear, colorless aliphatic based polyurethane elastomers. They are recommended for use whenever a flexible, permanently transparent urethane is required. They can be easily tinted to clean bright colors and will retain their color provided stable colorants are used. They do not contain MOCA, TDI or MDA. These products exhibit excellent fuel and oil resistance as well. Must be used with Addition Cure silicones, eg Pinkysil, to prevent inhibition of contact surfaces, which could result in sticky uncured surfaces. Must be processed through a vacuum chamber to degass trapped air to remove bubbles, to provide a clear result.
The following guidelines suggest tips for casting, handling and polishing Water Clear Urethanes:
WC565 - Water Clear Flexible Polyurethane - 65A hardness
Rubbery consistency when cured, ideal for softer products, seals, toys.

Firmer consistency when cured, only slight flexibility, suitable for tougher props, toys.

Rigid Water Clear Urethanes
WC782 - Rigid Water Clear Urethane
WC-782 A/B is an impact resistant, rigid, 82 Shore D material that is commonly used to make clear or tinted castings of all kinds. When used at room temperature castings 1/8" thick or larger can be readily cast. Castings that are less than 1/8" thick generally require a mild post-cure. Must be degassed to produce a clear casting.

- Gives a glass like product.

EasyClear
EASYCLEAR is an easy to use 1-1 by volume, low viscosity, water clear polyurethane resin.
It is ideal for small parts such as lenses, model windows, prototypes and clear injection molded parts. EasyClear is widely used for resin jewellery and it can produce parts that are near bubble free without the use of vacuum degassing. Finished parts once cured properly are extremely durable.
It is recommended that you use Platinum Based/Addition Cure Silicone for the molds ie Pinkysil. Tin Cure Silicone will result in defective casts, with possibilities of cloudiness, stickiness and surface blemishes. Always support the cast piece while post-curing.
