Pure Lube Mold Soap Liquid

A versatile lubricant for use as a mold separator on Gypsum and Plaster. Can be used full strength or diluted with water.

Size: 100gm, 500gm, 1kg, 5kg

MSDS

Petroleum Jelly

Multi purpose Food grade release agent. Can be used on silicone, urethanes, gypsum plaster and when body casting. Hot water can be added to melt and produce a thin surface slurry that can be brushed or polished into a mold.

Size: 100gm, 400gm

Vinyl Strippable Spray

Vinyl Strippable Spray Protective Coating is especially formulated to protect a variety of non-porous surfaces against abrasion, scratches, moisture, rust and corrosion. Apply multiple light coats for good stripping properties. A thin film will break and not peel completely. Typical Uses: Precision Tools; Stainless Steel; Anodized Aluminium; Unpainted Metal; Paint Booths; Glass; Lenses; Molds; Castings; Baked Enamel surfaces; Mirrors; Chrome; Dies; Masking. Not to be used on Plastics, air-dried paints or porous surfaces.

This product allows the user to laminate fibreglass moulds directly onto wet clay. Can also be used over clay as a protective barrier when applying silicone to prevent inhibition of materials. The Vinyl Spray is applied to the clay surface as a barrier coat to seal in any moisture from the clay sculpt or walls. Use in conjunction with a suitable release agent such as J-Wax. The Vinyl Spray also imparts some protective properties to the sculpt while the moulds are being produced.

Size: 400g can

PVA Mold Release Liquid

PVA is a special formula release agent for the Fibreglass Industry. This product is designed to prevent lamination of the product to the mold, in preventing the mechanical or chemical bonding of the molded material to the surface of the mold. PVA is a film forming solution, which places a positive barrier between the mold and the product or component. PVA may be used on smooth, hard surfaces or on other surfaces in tandem with wax style mold releases such as J-Wax.

Size: 500ml, 1ltr, 5ltr.

GM Foam Mold Release

GM Foam Mold Release is especially designed for use in foam latex molds. A thin coating of GM Foam Mold Release should be brushed onto the interior mold surfaces of both positive and negative, and allowed to dry thoroughly. Do NOT use GM Foam Mold Release on Hot or warm molds due to excessive moisture absorption. Excess release can be whisked away with a dry brush.

Size: 100gm, 500gm

Norski Mold Release Wax

Norski Mold Release Wax is a soft general purpose wax for industrial applications and on molds in the Reinforced Fibreglass Market.

Size: 125ml.

Industrial Talc

TopMark's Industrial Talc is classed as technical grade, can be used as an extender, filler pigment,  in paint, rubber, ink, and plastics,  and as a mold release.

This Industrial Talc is not to be used as body talc, dusting powder etc.
May be used as a mold release for modeling clay push molds. Talc can be lightly brushed into interior mold surfaces of both positive and negative, taking care not to fill fine detail, to reduce surface tension of poured urethane and urethane foam reducing air bubbles in cured resin.

Pure white to grey powder with pearly lustre; insoluble in water; no odour; slippery feel; high resistance to heat. Talc is native hydrous magnesium silicate.

Size: 500gm, 2kg, 5kg, 25kg.
