 Silicone Pigments

This is a range of non-hazardous paste pigments specifically designed for colouring RTV silicones. Concentrated colours allow a choice of intensities. Max 2% pigment to avoid conflict with mix ratio of material.

Useful for colouring the Catalyst when preparing to mix the silicone compound, so that the correct amount of blending is done to mix catalyst and base thoroughtly. Many Silicone bases are White, and come with a clear catalyst. By pigmenting the catalyst, more thorough mixing is necessary when adding to the base material, to get uniform colour.

Coloured silicone may be desired when making the parts from Silicone, as this material is more difficult to paint.
